¹ About, Services, and Contact pages may be exchanged for other non-commerce single-level pages. Additional pages may be purchased and will be quoted upon request at an hourly rate of $100/hr.
² Your website may require photos and videos to help fill out the website (e.g. team headshots, property/facility shots, a home page video header, etc). While these are not included with the website package, any videos or photos created by Veros Creative for your website will be billed at a 50% discount ($50/hr) from our standard rate for three months after the site is activated. Any photos or videos added to the site after that time period will be billed at the standard rate.
³ Squarespace.com charges $276 per year (or $23 per month) for their Business level accounts. Each year, squarespace.com will charge your credit card for this amount (unless they change their pricing) until you cancel or change your plan.
⁴ Veros Creative will make you the owner of the Squarespace.com account and will remain as an admin level contributor to maintain the website as needed. You/your company will have full control over the website upon completion and full payment.
⁵ When you approve the website to go live, we’ll work with you and/or your IT team/personnel to ensure that your domain is configured properly to point to your newly created Squarespace.com website.
⁶ Maintenance is set at 2 hours a month for this pricing tier (or 12 hours over six months) - a $1,200 value. If required, additional time will be billed at $100/hr but will require pre-approval from both Veros Creative and the customer. Maintenance may include (but isn’t limited to) simple updates to the site, required changes to fix bugs/issues on mobile or desktop, updating graphics, or creating additional pages. 30 days from the end of the six month period, the client may opt in to a recurring 2 hr/month maintenance agreement at their discretion.

Day rates include videography for the half day/day, and all travel local travel. Non-local travel* is billed at an additional $150/half day.
* Non-local travel typically is anything more than one hour of travel from the Veros Creative office. However, this may be changed/altered at Veros Creative’s discretion.
Editing Rates
$125/hr
While each project may vary, at Veros Creative, our rule of thumb is for each hour of filming, an hour and a half of editing is needed. For example, a half day of shooting (4 hours) a testimonial video would take about 6 hours of editing to produce a 3-5 minute final product. While this isn’t always the case, this is intended to help you when budgeting your project.
